Hit 25 reps w/ 3 bands on my 195s

the worst part of the fog of depression for me was letting how other ppl felt about me matter inside. Hoping others could instill the confidence in myself that I once had. Building myself up was the cure, cuz now, in the words of children of bodom ‘I don’t give a fuck if u hate me’ :)

Officially in my maximum stride. It took me approximately a month and a half of blood sweat and tears but I’m there now, and now it’s time to improve on what I was! 2 years of a spread of depression and disillusion wiped away. I knew I could do it I just needed faith in me!

Just updating that I’ve crushed all my gym goals as of late
Hit my goal weight of 142
And am now developing my new plan!!
I’m ending my cut and increasing my strength training to turn ~2 or 3 lbs of fat into muscle for aesthetics then cutting down to 140. Ima kill it!!!
