This may be an unpopular opinion, but if you’re at the gym, during a busy time of day, during the week, maybe refrain from doing super sets that take up multiple pieces of equipment for like 45 minutes, maybe pivot, and do a different routine #Gym #WorkingOut #WeightLifting #Lifting
