Snake is confused by this, but he isn’t gonna stop the stranger and would simply continue with what he’s doing without any care of the snow figure being made.
Shallot is currently making a large Snow man right outside his home right now, him just bored and needed to do something.
Old Snake is currently cleaning up his home of dust, him not really doing it in a hurry. He was just enjoy his day and looked out to the outside as it seemed to snow slightly.
