The worst customer support--and I mean by a country mile--has got to be @gopro.bsky.social. Their website is utterly useless, phone support directs you to their website where you have to log in, to deal with an issue logging in! Round and round we go.

A photo-club colleague just lost all their Lightroom photo edits because of a corrupted catalog file. How is this possible? I don't use LR, I use Darktable, which saves edits automatically to .xmp sidecar files; why doesn't LR do this by default? Is it possible to recover lost edits? #photography
