I shaved over 3 minutes off my personal best time for my 10kโฆ from a couple weeks agoโฆ I still canโt do a continuous run but Iโm building the endurance for moreโฆ currently Iโm able to run the first mile then .5 miles speed walk and .5 running alternating.
Just training for my 75 mile bike ride.

Today is officially my 2 year anniversary of the start of my weight loss journeyโฆ Iโve kept journals since the very beginning and looking back today here are some fun factsโฆ I had over a 50โ waist at the start. Today I have a 35โ I was over 280 lbsโฆ today I am 165 lbs :) so excited for Capcon

Starting the day off strongโฆ working outโฆ (home stretch before capcon) and I commissioned some ABDL art from a couple of my close friends for capcon as wellโฆ (more to come on thatโฆ I need to finish my updated diaper scout uniform

My last thought before bedtimeโฆ is it stuffie abuse if I bite them? I canโt help itโฆ I really really really like to bite thingsโฆ also I sleep in the dayโฆ I hate the sunโฆ am I a vampire or just an insane #abdl 3rd shifter? with a biting kinkโฆ I guess Iโll find out if my stuffies turn undead.

Btw I never really said itโฆ but my big new years goal physically is to complete a 75-100 mile bike ride in one go this year which is why Iโve really stepped up my trainingโฆ and I also want to shed a few more pounds before #capconโฆ donโt you judge me for being a vain little bitch! lol
