My psychiatrist suggested maybe going to the ward and I meet with my therapist tomorrow. I’m nervous because I feel like it would bring me relief but I also leave in less than a week for a family trip I really look forward to. Do you think I’ll end up being admitted?

She suggested it if my SI gets any worse in the next day. But if I do that means I won’t get to visit my sister for two weeks and I miss her

I don’t know what to do. I sound so stupid but I want to go to the ward. My mom is sleeping in my bed every night to keep me safe and all meds and weapons are locked up but now I can’t stop thinking about how I could combine household !t3ms and ch3m!cals together I just want a fu**ing break

Honestly best hallucinations I’ve ever had, like see through pink zebra stripes, yellow dots and some unwelcome but not to frightening shadow people and some whispering but not in English so
