I'm choosing to be optimistic about Apple getting the rights to live action Mistborn and Stormlight because so far they have a decent track record with producing some of my favorite shows like Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Pluribus, and Severance. Glad that Stormlight will be episodic as well.

I sincerely do hope Hytale sees success and with a healthy modding community. The only reason I play Minecraft these days is for Cobblemon (the actual best way to play pokemon 🙃) but I would love to see it, or a similar implementation, move to Hytale.

Maybe Warframe has always been like this but I feel like maybe I'm missing the second half of the story somewhere. Going from one main story quest to the next just leaves me feeling like I missed something crucial that provides context (yes I'm doing side quests as well).

I'd forgotten just how much grind there can be in Warframe. Grind faction rep, grind mod drops, grind crafting materials, grind relics, then grind relic opening... And about 90% of what you need is RNG drops. So you might get what you need first run-- might take 20!

Warframe has this awful bug where if you try to change appearance during drifter quests not only does your visual model bug horribly but the voice does as well. I alt-f4'd because the immersion break was so severe.

I really enjoy Warframe but I haven't played since before New War and in my catching up I feel like I'm sometimes doing things out of order. Apparently everyone gets a railjack now? And I'm being given the mod tutorial quest from Teshin after playing for 300ish hours.

People were complaining about wordle today so I played and for the first time in my life the 30 some odd years of sitting through religious Christmas programs paid off.

Spent all day trying to reverse engineer the IR commands on an old remote to make an old dumb device smart. Wasted so much time thinking I was sending the wrong command to find out that my IR emitter is super weak.

I can pretty consistently kill regular now and on savage I got close, but I have to be nearly flawless with one or zero carts and landing every boulder drop otherwise I hit time cap. Maybe instead of adjusting tempo they just add 5-8 minutes to the mission so we have more time to play the mechanics.
The MH: Wilds Omega fight is interesting in that it breaks from the normal hunting tempo but success feels a tad RNG because if you get knocked down there is a solid chance there is zero path to recovery. This includes shield weapons and teammates healing.

I don't know why I don't play more unranked/casual in SF6, its so chill and low stakes. When I don't care about winning I can focus on practicing certain skills.

Seeing a whole pack brisket at the grocery story for $120 is insane. It can't all be due to inflation right? Like with the rise of pellet feed grills like Traeger I wonder if the accessibility of smoking has created a major demand spike.

I haven't watched any DotA since probably the last TI but it looks like the picks haven't really changed much since then.
