Jade: We first saw her on Mock The Week and then The Daily Show. We’ve caught bits of her stand up routine as well. She’s amazing.
We’ve decided to wait until Academy S1 ends to sub for a month and watch it.

Stolas does his best to shield Via from the abuse he suffers. Blitz showers Loona with the love he never had. Stolas is there for his daughter a lot. Blitz doesn’t want to be too harsh because he went through it.
They’re not good dads. They’re flawed. But they are doing a fantastic job.

Jade: Blitz and Stolas aren’t good dads…but they are doing so much better than their dads in trying to break the cycle and that’s honestly more important than being some unquantifiable definition of ‘good’. What is a good dad after all? They’re trying and that’s the big thing.

Jade: lol…she’s clearly saying ‘poppets’. In our writings we occasionally use Dutch and say ‘mijn pop’ or ‘my poppet’. Do people not know that word? Heck, since we don’t know what Alastor’s shadow manifestations are we call them ‘poppets’ too.
