Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that all to the poor, yeah
Time will tell on their power minds
Making war just for fun

Broken cutters, broken saws
Broken buckles, broken laws
Broken bodies, broken bones
Broken voices on broken phones
Take a deep breath, feel like you're choking
Everything is broken

I spent the summer of 1981 working on a railway maintenance gang in the wilds of northern Alberta. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm thankful to have 25 rolls of film that document that summer.

I’m working on a zine called “Adventures in Monochrome” that contains some of my more whimsical black and white work. Here’s one from that series.

I've been a Blue Jays fan since the beginning, but have few photos from the games I attended. Here's one from 1997 when the Jays beat the Twins 9-1 behind the pitching of Roger Clemens, and the hitting of Shawn Green (#15 in the photo). I hope they will do the same to the Dodgers tonight. Go Jays!
