Things I’m proud of myself for today: My first meal of the new year isn’t absolute 💩. Scrambled eggs, toast and juice FTW!

There are two of us at home, just me and the hubs. How is it that I did three full loads of laundry on Tuesday evening - THREE DAYS AGO - and I’m doing two more on Saturday morning? Does this stuff multiply in the night? Is it like Gremlins? WHAT IS HAPPENING???

I’m so confused. How does my amazing husband get shredded cheese EVERYWHERE in the kitchen? Is he throwing it abound like confetti?

You know you’re getting old when you look in the mirror just after getting up and the first thought is, “Good god! I look like Jesse Camp!”

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Each year, the trans community loses too many lives, especially trans women of color, to hate and violence.

More than ever, we must stand by our trans family and support them, hold space for them, and insist the scapegoating and targeting stop.
