Illegally detained, assaulted or ambushed by ICE? Remain calm and non-combative and know your rights.
3) We have to apply public pressure and insist on legal reform by pushing for laws requiring visible ID and body cams for all federal agents operating in domestic policing roles.

Illegally detained, assaulted or ambushed by ICE? Remain calm and non-combative and know your rights.
2) Litigate afterward: File civil rights lawsuits under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for unlawful arrest or excessive force.

Illegally detained, assaulted or ambushed by ICE? Remain calm and non-combative and know your rights.
1) Document, film, and ask “Am I being detained? Am I free to go?” Ask bystanders to monitor and record the interaction.

The constitution and the law are supposed to be structured to protect us from being yoinked off the street in these unlawful kidnap situations but, in practice, we are seeing protection of agents and institutions by our government rather than protection of the people. Not OK.

Picture being ambushed and attacked by masked individuals. You defend yourself. Later, you're told they were “federal agents.” You’re now facing federal charges. You must prove your fear was reasonable, despite a system stacked against you. A little Kafkaesque, no?
July 20, 2025 at 6:16 PM
The government’s duty is to maintain law and order without TERRORIZING the public. Failing to clearly identify agents undermines the legitimacy of legal authority and invites resistance, because people are gonna defend themselves and others against what looks like abduction or assault.

When law enforcement like ICE disguises itself, it’s not just a policy violation. To protect people:
3) Any use of force or detention by unidentified agents should be presumptively illegal.
4) Body cams mandatory and on at all times.

When law enforcement like ICE disguises itself, it’s not just a policy violation. To protect people:
2) Laws have to require all law enforcement (federal or local) to be visibly identifiable while interacting with civilians.

When law enforcement like ICE disguises itself, it’s not just a policy violation. To protect people:
1) There has to be explicit legal recognition of the right to resist unlawful, masked detentions.

Masked, unidentified agents abducting people from public streets blurs the line between state authority and unlawful violence. When the public can’t tell if someone is a cop, a federal agent, or a kidnapper, there is no functional difference between a police state and a criminal gang.

When Trump wanted your vote, Epstein was a scandal. Now he's in office and realizes he is unable to fully redact his own Epstein activities so you become the problem for asking questions. Wake up.
July 17, 2025 at 11:19 AM
Trump said Epstein’s secrets would “rock the world.” Now he says YOU’RE the problem for wanting DOJ and the administration to keep their word and provide answers. Really?
July 17, 2025 at 11:10 AM
You’re not “weak” or “stupid” for wanting the Epstein files made public. You’re just super inconvenient to Trump’s narrative now.
July 17, 2025 at 11:03 AM
Think about it! Why call people stupid for demanding transparency......unless the truth is way worse than the questions?
July 17, 2025 at 1:05 AM
Isn't it crazy-suspicious how fast Trump went from “expose Epstein” to “shut up, you’re stupid”? What changed?
July 17, 2025 at 1:03 AM
Ummm, hello? This is your moment, MAGAns. Trump just told you that you’re stupid for caring about Epstein. Still all good with him and everything he does or finally done?
July 17, 2025 at 12:59 AM
If asking about Epstein makes you stupid then Trump must’ve been brain-dead in 2019. Anybody else remember?
July 17, 2025 at 12:57 AM
Also, why the heck is releasing the Epstein files controversial? Shouldn’t exposing sex trafficking networks be nonpartisan? A no-brainer??
July 16, 2025 at 6:32 PM
If the Epstein files are fake, why protect them? If they’re real, why hide them? Either way, someone’s lying.
July 16, 2025 at 6:27 PM
Your tax dollars fund the FBI, the DOJ, and Congress. But you’re not allowed to see who the sex traffickers were servicing?
July 16, 2025 at 6:24 PM
What kind of nation champions democracy abroad but denies it in its own territories? Hint? These territories are populated by Americans.
July 15, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Why is it acceptable to treat Americans in Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories differently than Americans in Vermont or Texas?
July 15, 2025 at 11:05 PM
How is it that we justify denying full rights to U.S. territories. The people who justified slavery believed they were right too. History won’t be kind.
