Phew. Did the first half roughly of the drum programming for a new song. Not as hard as I thought because I'm very familiar with the DR Rhythm 770 interface. But it's quite old, so naturally I'm waiting for it to buy the farm :/.

Highly sensitive is often linked to highly intuitive and let me tell you there’s a reason people don’t like that. Sensitivity is often criticized, but it’s the intuitive part that scares people who have stuff to hide.

So now I get to grieve out playing PC games with my brother because 1) stimuli and 2) our traumas are the same and they reflect, which has resulted (though not in the last week or so...we're trying) in triggers and overreactions.
Also got to grieve with my neighbor, a narc survivor. Good people.

Listened to/watched my performance clips. I have the structure for beginning drum machine programming. Which is always arduous. And I need to take care of myself. Too much stress has me waking up with soaked sheets due to night sweats. #traumor #Fearscapes #metalsky
