When I had to have surgery on my wrist (to have a plate and 9 screws drilled in, mind you), my insurance tried to reject paying for anesthesia saying it was "medically unnecessary."

Hoping that this is where everyone went! I think it is fitting that my first post (??) shares a new article examining perceptions of women in science.
Key takeaway: Women were perceived as more competent, but this was mediated by perceptions of likability. Excited to keep exploring this!
