Today I was texted my cousin, grandmas under hospice with not much time left, but..because of other family member actions shes might be dead..

As Ari turns to see her partner on the last few minutes of Christmas eve, she feels Plats arms go around her, as Ari sheds a tear she leans into her as the hedgehog pulls her in and sits her on her lap, she knows she can't fix every sad thought in her head, but can promise, a better future for her.
