Gonna be taking a step to a healthy life. It's small but it's gonna hopefully start changing things for me. I want to cut out sugary drinks and sweets out of my diet. It's gonna be rough since I've been eating however I'd like for so long. But I need to start now before it gets worse. Wish me luck!
