"Birds in Motion" is a few bits of #video that only hint at what goes on every day in the world of #birds. Eg., the #seagulls are active due to a herd of seals that my #INSTA360 couldn't pick out. And the #heron at the end happened so fast I only caught a few seconds of it. #bird #nature #Nikon

Today, Nov. 8th, is #IndigenousVeteransDay. Photo here is the Second Canadian Echelon that served in WWII. Second row, third from the right is my father. He was one of over 3,000 First Nations members who served, alongside Inuit and Métis individuals, during that war. #lestweforget

Cooper's Hawk at #BlackieSpitPark #Surrey #BC. #bird #birds #hawk #ducks #nature #photography. On the side, I thought my camera broke when the shutter stopped working yesterday. Turns out the memory card was full. Something I've never done before. Good thing I can still get by on looks alone! 🤡
