So my blood work yesterday shows I have metabolic alkalosis. Ugh. Maybe that explains why I've been feeling off, overly stressed, losing my hair, ect. Waiting on the provider to review and give me feedback for next steps.

Night 2 update to my #3danimation from yesterday. Changed it from 24 to #60fps and now the main parts of the animation are complete, and most of the inbetween frames are done. I may still tweek, but happy with this progress.

As a mental health therapist for a large corporation, I see 9 to 10 patients everyday. (10 three days a week, 9 two days a week). I wish I had the language to explain to people how emotionally drained you are at the end of such a day. I'm not antisocial, I'm a spent introvert lol.

I need to get out of the house more and plan my days off better. I feel like I waste my rare days off by not planning or waiting to see what's going to happen. And since I only get effectively two periods of time where I can put the dog up and leave the house a day, I need to maximize those.

Like, I don't hate the concept, tho I do find just using classical architecture a bit....passé? Not because it's ugly (I love it) but because it feels so...standard? But I'm weird and rather dig brutalism as a design choice.

The school shooting today was absolutely tragic. Gunned down during Mass. How absolutely just heartbreaking. I don't really believe in a hell, but if there is one, I hope the shooter is amazingly lonely and suffering in it.

An interesting thing I see is the pull between "Do you view your mental health as a temporary state (ie. free to change)or have you turned your mental illness into an rigid identity?" Research supports healing w/the former vs latter.
