It's time to face the hard truth:

while we, civil society, call for change, often our calls are for incremental tweaks to the system, which can actually reinforce it.

And make us, at times, part of the problem.

But we can do more, and better.

Hundreds of lawyers have signed an open letter pushing the Irish government to enact the Occupied Territories Bill.
The proposed law would make it an offence for a person to import or sell goods or services originating in an occupied territory.
