I stand by the fact that cardboard box companies are the #1 economic indicators. If boxes are down- people aren’t moving house, they aren’t buying things to be shipped, they aren’t needing to store extra items, restaurants and groceries aren’t buying as much product, etc etc.

Watched Wind River 2 weeks, great movie, had a horrible time. Ever since all forms of media I have have decided Now Is The Time and suddenly I am acutely aware that Native Americans are ground up meat in the system if the American government and I live in the most evil country to ever exist.

I really like Grimes as an artist bc she makes the kind of music you can really only make if you’re literally insane. Like she’s absolutely psychotic but used that to make incredible music instead of ruining everyone else’s life with insane people politics. Love that for her tbh

Quarterly transparency update: my last video has 2 ads and the ads are targeting men and women equally between the ages of 23 and 55, the video is long form and my CPM is only $3.60 despite advertising offering up to $6. So at 55k it made about $197, and it took me a month to make(roughly 140h)

I will never get over just how bad the English voice actress for Zelda is. Every line sounds like the first words she’s ever spoken in her life. And other actors in the game are fabulous, it’s just her!

Nothing pmo more than an amazing thumbnail for a terrible video. Not even like an amateur video, but one that’s poorly written and executed for no good reason. Had a great idea but put no effort into it and leaves you feeling cheated and disappointed. Hate that

One of the very few ai applications I think is actually charming and fun to have are the comment topics on YouTube. Especially the ones under creep cast, because of all the comments about The Creature and creeping your cast make them silly 🤓

Best thing about my YouTube channel being mine is that if someone grossly misinterprets me, I can respond with clarity but then still hide the user bc I don’t want people who are openly bad faith in any of my future comments. Like if they refuse the explanation, I don’t know or care!

Generally, my work schedule is extremely lax. I write about 3 to 5 hours a day for a month, while streaming x2 a week, then I spend 5-7 days gathering footage and editing from roughly 1pm to midnight (breaking for 10minutes every 3h to stretch and an hour for dinner). Then I get 2 weeks off.
