Denne uken starta vi opp med konseptet 'Dokumentarlunsj' hos oss, en idé jeg foreslo for noen måneder siden fordi Filmbib er en mye oversett tjeneste.
Visste du at alt i Filmbib også er lisensiert for offentlig visning i bib?

Enda et forsøk på å legge skylda på forbrukeren i stedet for produsenten :(

Vil stoppe mulighet til å klage på kjøp under 5000 kroner
Forbrukerrådet advarer mot regjeringens forslag som vil gjøre det umulig å klage på varer og tjenester som koster under 5000 kroner.

Katten og jeg har nå kommet til et punkt hvor baderomsmatta ikke lenger kan ligge på gulvet. Den må henge på dusjforhengstanga og tas ned ved dusjing, for hvis ikke må jeg vaske den hver dag.
Jeg vedkjenner nederlaget og krigen er tapt.

I imagine someone going clueless into The Return of the King audiobook, maybe only seeing the films, and the story is basically over - the ring is destroyed and the king is crowned - but there is still 6 hours of audio left to hear. The confusion! The wonder!

I have been hoarding the Citizenfour documentary dvd from work for 721 days. Tonight I finally watched the thing! Pretty incredible to watch, but also depressing because... it's just a lot worse now isn't it? All that work to expose information, and where are we now?

I have a book I'm really excited to start reading, but I need to finish the one I'm currently working on first. I always feel a little bit bad when this happens, because the current read gets a bit rushed and overshadowed by this new, exciting read to come. If I skip ahead tho, I will never finish

A lot of people are still confused about it, so I figured a thread might help clarify.
On other social platforms, algorithms are governed by the platform owners. On bsky, algorithms are created, owned, and managed by the community (gimme that means of production bebe).
