Having grown up with Waffle House, I'm sick of the proliferation of Belgium-style waffles. Last week I finally bought Cuisinart's cheap American-style waffle maker on-sale for $20, and used ATK's Quick Yeasted Waffle recipe to make a batch on Saturday. 10/10 can recommend.
