My father, Charles Calvin Moore, proudly served in the US Army during World War II. He helped defend the world from Nazi tyranny. He died in 1987 at the age of 78. I wonder what he would think of this country's turn toward authoritarianism and abandonment of democracy.

I don't know about anyone else, but I would REALLY welcome an alien (space) invasion right about now.
