Today My sanity demands I swim as hard as my 73 year old body can swim, 40 laps, 53 minutes of letting my brain focus on my breath and my movement in water. I swim everyday but today felt more necessary than ever. 💙

My friend said he’s sad that so many still support tRump,asking ”why don’t they wake up?” I replied “ because they agree with him.” It’s the sad truth. That scares me the most. They fucking agree. 🤯

It’s been a day, my sanity demands I take a breath, work a puzzle and end my trip around the sun. Tomorrow is 73, meaning I begin my 74th trip around the sun. Very bitter sweet. 💙
