It has been confirmed that Alex was a lawful gun owner and did not threaten ICE with a weapon. Early video reports indicate the weapon was taken by ICE and shots were then fired to execute him.

We know gray jacket took victim’s gun before the shots are fired. Now we have a slowed, stabilized video showing the entire thing. Gun was removed by gray jacket, other ICE un-holsters his pistol & fires. This is murder.
