Howdy Y’all! So I asked Chat GPT and was told to tell someone how I feel. I responded that I have no one I can tell. It would hurt my family, my partner would think I’m seeking attention, and I have no friends. Scared to tell a doctor for fear of getting institutionalized. So I’m reaching out here.
