If they think the Palestinian people endured 15 months of non stop air strikes and deprivation of food, water, healthcare and shelter only to be told they'll be pushed out of their homeland into other countries in an act of ethnic cleansing they have another thing coming

This was no secret, I don't know how "party sources" are saying they didn't know. See this from 2019. "Returning home after working with Peter Thiel’s Palantir, Eoin Hayes wants to help Irish startups grow." He also disclosed it on his forms when elected to DCC in June.

It's fair to assume that the Occupied Territories Bill will be mothballed in a FF-FG coalition propped up by a bunch of gombeen independents.
This isn't a call for Labour or Soc Dems to go into government, just a comment on how craven our leaders are.
