Cryptydd Wisp elemental Rarity - Common Hatch Time - 15 sec Bio Cryptydds prowl in the woods of Twistydd, sharing with the world both an ancient etymology and a deep spiritual connection. They get their name from the Great Tyvyddia, the "world tree" upon which Twistydd is believed to be the coiled branches that lie just beneath the canopy, shrouded in darkness by the Gods after the Winemaker imbued it with revelry, indulgence, and sex. Cryptydds, in turn, have long been believed to be the caretakers of those 'twisted' branches, using their long beaks, claws, and talons to tend to the Great Tyvyddia where its oaky bark peeks through. One of the closest species to Twistydd's proverbial 'roots,' Cryptydds grow berries on their hides which act as an aphrodisiac, and bolster a heightened creative intellect that leads them to find great joy in creative writing, be it poetry or lyricism. Breeding In my experience, Cryptydds have always been a quiet, stoic sort. Often will they only so much as investigate compatibility when they can smell the aroma of their berries on your breath. When they do, however, their bark-like arms and hands become clearly those of a surprisingly sensitive and careful soul. While they may tower over most humanoids, and assert plenty of physical strength whether their partner is the 'dominant' or 'submissive' type, Cryptydds are careful to never truly harm those they breed with... save for some light nibbles and scratches. Their genitalia is prehensile, vinelike in nature, and - in more passionate circumstances - can "grow" (biologically-speaking, it's moreso just uncurling and revealing itself from internally, something like a chameleon's tongue) to the entire body-length of a human with ease. It does not seem to discomfort them when you grab upon their planty hide for leverage... you'll thank me later.
