Pronghorn Antelope are one of the great spirits of the Wild West. Sadly, their numbers have been reduced across their native lands, they now only exist in pockets toward the Rockies. We had a spiritual encounter with one in RMNP that defies explanation. A reminder of their strong resilient spirit.

Heading to the stables, it’s been a week. It’s not easy, health and life, but mostly health get in the way. Taking the girls for some enrichment and healing. I have to always remember the effort is worth the reward.

I once had a hand made object I bought from a local artisan. It was an odd mixture of both Christian & new age symbols & stones. I questioned it, but still hung it in my living room. A few months ago it flew across the room & hit my bedroom door. I rehung it a few times (3), every time it fell down.

I just learned this existed! created by Ben Franklin the harmonium aka glass harmonica uses a series of glass bowls or goblets graduated in size to produce musical tones by means of friction.
