Using Duolingo for an upcoming trip to Italy. I speak Spanish. I wouldn’t say I’m completely fluent but have a working knowledge of the language. Seeing that Italian is also a Romance language, I mistakingly thought knowing Spanish would make learning Italian much easier, but the opposite is true

I suppose if this was to be posted somewhere on a wall in a public school, the current administration would scream DEIA and demand it be removed. But, of course, posting the Ten Commandments would actively be encouraged be perfectly acceptable.
