Today I was promoted to full professor at the University of Oslo!

Sånn, ja! Hør her: "Forskjellene mellom gutter og jenter er mindre enn forskjellene innad i gruppen gutter og jenter. Ved å fokusere på tiltak som hjelper alle svakt presterende elever, vil vi trolig treffe flest gutter uten at det går på bekostning av svakt presterende jenter".
Broke: foreslå skolereformer basert på ideer du har fått pga anekdotiske erfaringer fra egen skolegang for 40 år siden og aldri igjen sjekke hvordan det går
Bespoke: foreslå politikk basert på forskning og måle om ting faktisk virker etterpå
