I'm genuinely scared to go outside in this country, I'm Jewish, I'm a lesbian, and I'm Italian-American, while my family appears on lighter side with our skin we're still scared. I don't like to seem vulnerable but I'm genuinely afraid. Trump and his followers have ruined everything.

I think it’s essential for the public to know, especially those of us who oppose ICE's violent practices. If state leadership in these cities actually had the backbone, they could instruct their officers that federal agents are not immune from accountability. 👇🏾

I read this book a lot as Jew and in seventh grade. It helped me accept who I am, and I am not ashamed of it one bit. I am against censorship of all kind, if you don't like the book don't fucking read it. This book is very important to me and important to history and to ban it is obsurd.

The Trump administration is trying to make being gay an illness, I am a lesbian and I am absolutely appalled by this. We have two options as Americans, stay quiet or fight. I choose to fight, I won't stop fighting until our rights are no longer in danger. And I will fight for the voiceless.
