I have made a series of regrettable decisions including forgetting to eat dinner last night and not sleeping and almost fainted while making breakfast so im gonna postpone stream till 9 am and go take a nap ;-;

something so small but so nice is adding the word "so" to my morning affirmations
for example "i am so loved" "i am so happy" "i am so lucky" "life is so easy" it just has more oomph than saying those things by themselves
