It’s time to end offshore detention.

Exposing people to cruelty, isolation and trauma has never made anyone safer - it only punishes people who need protection.

Let's leave cruelty behind. Call on your MP to put an end to Labor's brutal offshore detention regime: https://pulse.ly/3xah1pljq1 📧

@mon4kooyong.bsky.social asking the question on all our minds today in Parliament.

The Albanese Government's secret, wasteful and cruel Nauru deal is not our national interest - and it doesn't align with our shared values.

It's time for the cruel offshore detention regime to end.

WHAT ELSE ARE THEY HIDING? This suggests the gov knew of corruption allegations against Nauruan President before signing the new deportation deal.

We need a Royal Commission into Offshore Processing to uncover what successive governments knew about corruption & cruelty

The Nauruan President secretly visited Parliament yesterday. Secret meetings behind closed doors, billions in taxpayer money down the drain, people exiled to Nauru by Australia unable to even access enough food. It’s way past time to end this.

The Albanese Government has just deported the first person under their shady new deal with Nauru.

To stop these deportations, we need to show the Government that we won’t accept this kind of cruelty being carried out in our name.
