We installed the Mobi-Mats down to the beach today. They make it much easier for folks to get from parking to the beach. They look great, too!

With a syringe full of JB Weld and some tape to keep it in place, no refrigerator handle stays broken for long.

When I was about 10, my parents got The Star Channel, on cable. I was absolutely not allowed to watch it on my own. Among the first movies I watched on my own was The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971). It was my first Vincent Price movie. It is wonderful, campy, horror gold.

Happy #FieldworkFriday! This winter season keeps providing, with some incredible hoar frost by site ODUC. It grows in low temp & high moisture areas, where sunlight & precipitation haven't yet reached. Sol Duc Valley has had perfect conditions for growing these crystals as of late!
