Music to my ears listening to the Burbank Community Band! 🎵🎼🎸🪕

This nonprofit, traditional community concert band provides an inclusive space for volunteer musicians to come together & share their talent.

My favorite holiday song: "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing."

What's your favorite holiday song?

Earlier this month, my District Staff & I walked over to the Burbank Community YMCA’s Tree Lot & volunteered at their food distribution, supporting families facing food insecurity. This program is on break & will resume in 2026. ymcaLA.org/FeedLA. Together, we’re building a healthier, stronger LA.

One thing is clear: there is much work that remains to be accomplished together in the years ahead. I firmly believe that we will develop the right policy solutions by inviting every perspective to the table and thoughtfully developing data-based solutions. (Part 2/2)

Wishing a joyful Hanukkah to all who celebrate. May the Festival of Lights bring peace, resilience & hope. Today’s mass shooting in Sydney reminds us that there is too much hate in this world. Hatred, bigotry & discrimination must be rooted out in whatever form they take. Chag Sameach!
