Had the honor of guest speaking at one of Leadership Burbank’s class. I met with local residents, employees & community leaders participating in the 9-month program. It was inspiring to engage with a dedicated group committed to strengthening their skills & making a positive impact in our community.

We must ensure that the federal budget does not include expanded resources for ICE operations in our communities. If that means we have to shut it down…then shut it down.

Trump & Republicans are gutting Medicaid & ACA subsidies to fund billionaire tax breaks & ICE — putting hospitals & working families at risk. H.R. 1 cuts $900B from Medicaid and strips coverage from 10M people. At Glendale Memorial, ~80% rely on Medicaid or Medicare — these cuts threaten its future.
