I love that City of Gods explicitly states this:

holding yourself back for those who've done little to no work,
instead of
encouraging them to catch up to those who've already done at least some of the work?

It's frustrating being at a Black-led org with an ED who on one hand says that we're committed to DEI (or our "version", IDEA) but ALSO still regularly says that "telework is a privilege"...
