A conversation this morning with some friends reminded me about this play on the Warhammer is for Everyone statement that I posted a few years ago.

Our science fiction setting is a time of war, but that is not a reflection of who we are of how we feel the real world should be. We will never accept nor condone any form of prejudice, hatred or abuse in our community or in the BattleTech hobby. We will continue to diversify the cast of characters we portray through art and storytelling so everyone can find representation and heroes they can relate to. And if you feel the same way, wherever and whoever you are, we're glad you are part of the BattleTech community. If not, you will not be missed.

I want to play ttrpgs again but I'm so tired of sword and board fantasy. I want some sci fi like mothership, lancer/ battletech, cyberpunk/ shadowrun. Fantasy is getting to played out for me.

Had my first real game of #battletech at a local event. Was a 5v5 game IS vs Clan, with IS needing to defend a mine and airfield. Was a huge success as clans weren't able to destroy our capture either.

My hatchetman got to do some chopping and surprisingly didn't get shot to pieces.

If y'all haven't played #bloomtown yet, you're missing out. The dialog is peak 🤌🤌🤌. While I think some things could be better it's a solid rpg with some really good concepts easily 8/10 for me.
