@ashleyscottharris.bsky.social has given me the nerdiest possible birthday gift of a vintage Vidal Lablache school map circa 1959. It’s a great example of cartography in the service of (failed) statecraft - the ‘communauté’ would be gone by 1960. Pride of place in my office 🫶
