I don't think I could ever express how exhausting it is when you try to understand things. Like, really understand them. To be responsible in how you communicate on, for instance, government process to other people. I'm also deep in winter blues today and need both a blue light and a Snickers.

Need to stop using "shocked" over last NL provincial election. Result was well within realm of possibility and reasonable outcome. But bring on the next episode! #nlpoli: open.spotify.com/episode/2pwi...

Incredibly sad to hear of passing of Bob Cadigan. Many of our exchanges were by professional requirement, particularly while he led Noia, but he was interested in the province, and gave great thought to the public good. Agree or disagree with him, it was a virtue. Sincere condolences to his family.

Glad to see this fare so well in the Epica Awards, with winners announced last evening. Since I first read about the campaign, the change by AXA, it took root in my brain. Quite an opener for discussions on few fronts youtu.be/pY-03zuV7mE?...

I get Toronto-Ottawa population yada yada but I'd give my left arm for the option of a train St. John's - Grand Falls-Windsor and stops between. An occasional overnight in Clarenville few times a year? For the convenience, diminished cost and increased safety all other times? Not even a question.

JMJ. How do you write this and not even mention Churchill Falls??? Reservoirs in Quebec the focus? Sure. Fails proper picture, but sure. But then at the end... I guess we're somewhere in the 'etcetera etcetera' bit? 🤬
