For 1/3/2026 I did 1 run, 3 total activities (Luna walk, run and cool down walk home), & the run was 10 miles (2+0+2+6=10).

This is my reminder to keep active this winter. As a wise man once said, there is no bad weather, just bad clothing decisions).

And post walk, Luna is taking a 10 hour nap.
