We just sued the Solano County DA for stonewalling and refusing to produce prosecutorial data and policies. The DA has extraordinary authority and cannot operate in secret. Prosecutors are not above the law. @asalceda.bsky.social @aclu-norcal.bsky.social

In response to requests over the last four years, the Solano Co. DA has refused to produce any prosecutorial data, policies or training materials. They have ignored the requests. The Solano DAs actions are in clear violation of the PRA. Here’s our complaint: www.aclunc.org/sites/defaul...
