It’s been an honor to serve as the SLSA’s first precarity rep but it’s time to pass the torch - happy to chat if you’re interested in the role!
Deadline for this important post has been extended to Friday 4 April. There is an increasing use of precarious employment practices in higher education. Current pressures within higher education make this role a crucial one for SLSA and the wider socio-legal community. Do please consider applying.
The SLSA wishes to appoint a Precarity Representative to its Board building on the successful work of the current holder, Dr Arwen Joyce, who is stepping down. Please send an expression of interest (300 words) and a 2-page CV to admin@slsa.ac.uk by Monday 3 March 2025. ⬇️
