Gaining muscle & getting enough protein in, feels like I gained a bit of belly as well... not sure if I'm imagining it or not?
I'm usually pretty spot on my daily kcal intake (sometimes minus 100ish kcal but enough protein)
I feel chubby even though I am perfectly average when it comes to body fat

I'm really neglecting leg day atm 😬 doing mainly chest/ shoulders/ arms 'cause I want to have a nice base for the doc to work on
