The yin and yang symbol has always been one of my favorites. The balance of life and death, destruction and rejuvenation, the dark and the light circling in an eternal dance.
Our lives are an eternal dance of the highs and the lows, the dark days and the colorful bright moments.

Next time you take a breath, remember how much work went into getting it there for you to take -- and perhaps remember that these plants have spent an entire fucking millennia learning how to create this oxygen that powers our entire existence. So, take a breath. You have time.

There is still beauty in the bad things, the dark days, the grayscale. Those times and the sad emotions can give us insight to our deeper selves, it reminds us that we are alive, and that there will also be better days filled with more color.
