Earlier this week, Country star Martina McBride and RIAA CEO Mitch Glazier testified before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law in support of the NO FAKES Act calling on lawmakers to protect artists from unauthorized AI-generated replicas.

Artists have every right to speak their minds. Calling for investigations simply because they endorse or criticize political figures is un-American. Free speech isn’t a privilege for the few, it’s a constitutional right for all.

Thank you to bipartisan leaders in the House and Senate for introducing the NO FAKES Act! This balanced bill would protect everyone from nonconsensual deepfakes and voice clones and ensure individuals retain the right to their own likeness.
