Sorry but this is the funniest headline I will read all year

The history of contemporary art is to no small extent the story of artists trying in vain to convince people to stop asking them what their art means.

It’s about time we started taking psychedelic art more seriously. This new magazine looks to do just that. Can’t wait to read it.
Elastic, the print magazine of psychedelic art and literature, is here. Our first issue, on the theme of dying, is available for order now—and it’s stacked, to put it mildly. Fifty contributors. 176 lush pages filled with work that bends time and space and perspective. Nab a copy at elasticmag.com.

The Osgemeos exhibit at the Hirshhorn is one of the best shows of the year. They transformed the top floor of the museum into a party from outer space. Photos don’t quite capture how trippy and fun it is.

I spend a lot of time in museums, but this is a first. I met a Daddy Longlegs at the Albright-Knox Gallery who didn't seem to get the "don't touch the art" memo as he explored this Rothko. Tread softly, little one.
