The Kelvinbridge Heron

This sculpture holds a memory — a July walk by the River Kelvin, dog in tow, rushing to the studio. The foliage was thick, wild, overgrown. I almost missed the heron. Stock still on the opposite bank, it waited quietly, unnoticed by most.
