A beautiful poem to remind us how precious life is
Roland Leighton, British soldier and poet, died 23 Dec. 1915. His fiancΓ©e, Vera Brittain, dedicated her poem "Perhaps" to his memory. It speaks to those who struggle through the holidays in the wake of losing someone they loved: behindtheirlines.blogspot.com/2015/12/perh... #poetry #grief #FWW

Working with schools has inspired me to create my own fact file and experiment with a sketching style linked with Henry Moore
December 18, 2024 at 1:05 PM
We looked at the life and work of Henry Moore specifically his sketching style in Year 4 @StocBolton. Using a range of pencils, sketching techniques and charcoal to create fact files

We rounded off our term with the Year 1 @StocBolton classes applying the mark making skills that they have learned during the past few weeks. They created emotion colour monsters as part of these amazing collaborative art pieces #markmaking #feelings #colours
