Perinatal mental illness can affect anyone during pregnancy and/or after birth. Knowing the signs is the first step to getting support for you or a loved one.

Please share our post this #ParentMentalHealthDay to raise awareness. Together, we can make sure no parent is left struggling in silence.

This year we have loved working with NHS Tayside, DCA & Dundee City Council to support pre-birth communication. With artists Louise Kirby & local families we've designed a book to encourage parents to imagine, talk to, and bond with their growing baby. It includes a story to read together.
