Genuine question:

Why do we have nginx for websites, postgres for databases, redis for caching...

But we're still cobbling together agents like it's 2015?

Import six libraries. Write glue code. Hope it works. Add more glue when it doesn't.

We've solved this problem before. Just not for *this*.

2004: Everyone writing their own web servers
2008: nginx

2010: Everyone writing their own ORMs
2013: Modern frameworks

2023: Everyone writing their own ___
2025: ?

The pattern repeats.

You know that feeling when you're building something and realize you're solving a problem everyone else is facing?

The ones that shouldn't need solving anymore.

Yeah. That feeling.

Writing a book about production agentic AI clarified something for me.

The problem isn't knowledge. Everyone knows *what* needs to be built.

The problem is that everyone is building it. Separately. Badly.

There's a better way.

Soon.

Here's why I'm long Google:

1. Buffett doesn't buy tech stocks. Except it was revealed that he bought $4.9B of Google stock.

2. Days later, Google released Gemini 3. Stock hit ATH.

But here’s the real story 👇

Gemini 3 was trained on Google’s own TPUs - not Nvidia GPUs.

That’s a big deal.

Every major shift in computing starts with the same question:

"Why are we still doing it this way?"

Think about that for a bit.
